I took Amalia to a bridal shower this weekend. As I observed a tearful and happy mother watch her daughter open up shower gifts for her wedding, I couldn't help but look at my daughter Amalia sleeping soundly in her car seat. It's hard to imagine that one day that might be us... seems so far away.
