Snow Boots in the Sand

We had another weekend of snow showers...more to come, they say.  We are enjoying these unique wintery days.  Above are some experimental shots with our camera- my little subjects are so worth capturing :).

A Visit to Cape Elizabeth

We went to Maine's oldest lighthouse in Cape Elizabeth.  The history of this place is rich and was actually funded by George Washington.  It was freeeezing that day so we plan to go back when we can picnic on the surrounding grounds of Ft. Williams.

Amalia turns 3!!!

Amalia wanted a "Pink" party so we had a few little friends over to celebrate with her.

January Days

From top to bottom: Amalia and Huds shoot their new BB guns with dad. Our first Maine snowman. Our wintery beach down the street. Cooking lobsters! Lunch at Bob's Famous Clam Shack.

A Little Christmas...

Here are some pictures from the Community Bible Study group I attend each week.  The children's program put on a very quaint and sweet music program.  Hudson, was literally the star of the show and Amalia was an angel (which is almost literal... depending on the day).

Noah's Star Wars Party

We celebrated Noah's 8th birthday (a little late) with friends from school and soccer this past Saturday.  It was a fun little celebration filled with action-packed little boys and a girl (Amalia of course), and lots  of light sabering battles and imagination.

Grandma Selph comes for a visit

We had a sweet time with Grandma Selph at the end of September.  Thanks Grandma for the memories and laughter (and for willingly having a sleepover with Amalia every night!).
