The day before Thanksgiving, Ben's submarine returned to port and Ben was able to fly over just in time to celebrate Thanksgiving Day with us all. This will be a Thanksgiving we'll remember for a long time.
We spent a very special Thanksgiving vacation in Prescott with grandparents, great grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, great uncle, and friends. What special memories we will have especially as we celebrated my dad's recent cancer-free report.
Uncle Aaron, Aunt Rachel, Caleb, and Phoebe came from Monterey to visit us for the holiday weekend. We had a total blast playing and being together. The cousins were continuously dressing up or running around outside while we adults were continuously drinking coffee and vegging together. It was completely wonderful.
From pumpkins to apples, it's been a busy month. We also had the privilege of having Great Grandpa Schrader, Great Uncle Don, and Great Aunt Jane come for lunch last Sunday.
Fifty kids from Noah's school did two performances of "The Jungle Book" this past Saturday and it was a blast! Noah was one of ten little monkeys which so perfectly suited his little personality. It was such a fun time.
My parents came for an early birthday celebration this past weekend for Noah (so thankful they are just 6 hours away!). One of Noah's birthday wishes was to eat dinner in Little Italy- seems fitting for a boy born in Napoli seven years ago. After dinner, we had two of the neighbor girls (Lily and Olivia) over for cake and ice cream. So much fun!
